Balfour Beatty Developments have received planning permission for their 135,000-sq ft business village development which will be built on a 5.5-acre site in Woodford Green, north London.
Construction of Bourne Court will be in two phases, with phase one, which comprises 26 office buildings totalling 85,000 sq ft, set for completion in January 1990. Work on phase two will start in December.
