London & Devonshire Trust and Trencherwood have formed a joint venture to build 800 new homes near Tiverton in mid-Devon.
The £84m development, to be called Moorhayes Park, will be carried out on land owned by London & Devonshire Trust. It is located on the northern edge of Tiverton and is bounded by the new Devon link road which joins junction 27 of the M5.
A planning application for the 95-home phase one will be submitted shortly. Architects for the project are Barton Wilmore.
