Northwest Airlines have bought Building 2 at Gatwick 23, Gatwick Road, Crawley, for £3.5m from the Mountleigh Group. Providing 33,000 sq ft of offices, the two-storey building will be used as the purchasers’ headquarters once the property, currently in shell form, has been fitted out.
Pepper Fox advised the purchasers and are to sublet surplus ground floor accommodation. Morgan Grenfell Laurie and Grant & Partners acted for the vendors.
