Declan Kelly have bought three prime commercial properties in the City, west London and Bracknell for a combined total of more than £9m.
The properties — which the group believe represent a gross development value of over £100m — consist of 46,000 sq ft of office and retail at The Ring, off Bracknell’s High Street; 125,000 sq ft of office/B1 space at Beavor Lane off King Street, Hammersmith, W6; and 200,000 sq ft at St John Street, EC1.
Consisting of 5,000 sq ft of self-contained units, the Hammersmith scheme will be aimed at small commercial users, while City/financial tenants will be sought for the St John Street property.
