Willis Faber have taken Legal & General Property’s 32,700-sq ft office development at 30 Park Place, Leeds, at a rent of around £280,000 pa — just under £8.50 per sq ft.
The new tenants are subletting about 14,000 sq ft.
The development has only recently been completed and is built behind existing facades. Letting agents were Weatherall Hollis & Gale.
