Trafalgar House Business Parks have unveiled plans for a 170,000-sq ft business park at junction 11 of the new M40 at Banbury.
The scheme occupies a 22-acre site, 10.5 acres of which is set aside for the business space; an existing cricket ground and a 160-bed hotel will occupy the remainder of the land. Units ranging in size from 10,000 sq ft to 45,000 sq ft will be available on freehold and leasehold terms, while companies may construct their own buildings.
Subject to planning, work will begin in summer with completion of the first units set for summer 1991.
