Stead & Simpson have let 13-15 English Street, Carlisle, on a 25-year lease to the Thomas Cook Group. The deal represents a zone A level of more than £100 per sq ft on the three-storey property’s 1,100 sq ft of ground-floor sales space.
Markham Vaughan Gillingham acted for the tenants, while Stead & Simpson were advised by Mason Owen & Partners.
