United Biscuits have signed up for a 23,000-sq ft office building to be developed at Aylesbury Road, Thame, by CNC-Shorevale.
The development will front the ring road and include 77 parking spaces. UB Frozen Foods, who will base their national headquarters here, will be paying a rent of £185,597 pa, or £7.75 per sq ft.
County Bank are providing the finance for the development, which CNC-Shorevale estimate will have an investment value of £3m, when completed in August.
Wright Oliphant have been retained to sell the investment on completion.
