A mystery buyer, rumoured to be Hewlett Packard, has snapped up a 10-acre site next to Waterside Park, Bracknell, from local company Key Properties. HP took a prelet on 105,000 sq ft of hi-tech space, developed at Waterside Park by London & Edinburgh Trust as a national computer response centre. Tarmac Properties, who put the Waterside concept together before selling portions on, say that they are not the buyer, though the success of the development so far suggests they would not have minded some extra land.
