Sun Alliance have applied for planning permission for a £14m shopping and office scheme on a 1.65-acre site at 175-186 High Street, Uxbridge, west London.
The developers propose 41,000 sq ft of shopping in seven units plus two smaller shops in George Street. A 20,000-sq ft office block with parking has also been applied for. The scheme will involve the completion of the pedestrianisation of the High Street.
Architects are the Leslie Jones Partnership and planning consultants are Montagu Evans & Son. Hillier Parker and Bremer Matson are letting agents.
