Guildhall Properties, the development arm of Slough Estates, have bought 25-27 Shaftesbury Avenue, W1 from the London Residuary Body for about £4m. Guildhall plan a retail scheme for the 22,000-sq ft property, which adjoins Great Windmill Street.
