W S Atkins Group have let 25,300 sq ft of office space in Sir William Atkins House, Ashley Avenue, Epsom, to Petrofina at £14.50 per sq ft.
Freeholders Atkins Properties occupy the remainder of the 76,000-sq ft building, which has 280 parking spaces.
Knight Frank & Rutley acted for the freeholders, while Maggs Edwards & Sharp represented the lessees.
