MEPC have let The Trianon, a 20,000-sq ft industrial building with 50% office content, located at the entrance of their Metropolitan Centre in Greenford, Middlesex, for £7 per sq ft to Hoskyns Group.
Hoskyns will use the building for their west London computer service centre. Other computer and electronics-related firms on the estate include McDonnell Douglas, Dowty Electronics and Blick. MEPC are currently developing another seven buildings, the latest phase of the centre.
White Michaels Druce acted for Hoskyns, while Mills & Wood and Leighton Goldhill were joint agents for MEPC.
