Prudential Portfolio Managers have submitted a detailed planning application for their proposed £75m redevelopment at 55 Basinghall Street, EC2.
Designed by T P Bennett, the new building will provide 175,000 sq ft (net) of air-conditioned offices on nine floors.
Should planning approval be granted, PPM say that work could start next spring with completion in summer 1990.
Hillier Parker are letting agents for the project.
