Hill Samuel Life Assurance have paid over £1.9m for the freehold of a modern industrial complex in Foundry Lane, Horsham.
The three buildings, totalling 49,000 sq ft, have a high office content and are let to Applied Implant Technology, an American company. The rent, £166,000 pa, was due for review in June 1986. St Quintin, who advised Hill Samuel, have now negotiated a revised rent of £200,000 pa. The vendors were clients of Fifield Glyn.
