Lister’s shareholders have approved the sale of Prospect House in Oxford Street, W1, to Randsworth Trust.
As we reported last week, the decision to accept Randsworth’s £15.3m offer was challenged by Arnold Ziff of Town Centre Securities, who complained that his company had been unreasonably excluded from the tender.
Drivers Jonas, who advised Lister on the disposal, welcomed the shareholders’ decision. “This vindicates the recommendation we have made to the company to proceed with the sale,” says DJ partner Christopher Armon-Jones.
