The Wace Group have entered into a conditional agreement to acquire the vacant freehold of St Matthew’s Hospital, Sheperdess Walk, N1, for £2.6m.
The building has 60,000 sq ft with parking.
Permission has been sought to house the group’s head office and a number of operating divisions there.
