Following Strand Harbour Securities’ purchase of Cams Hall Estate outside Fareham, Hants, consent has now been given for a £30m mixed development on the site.
Some 170,000 sq ft of offices, including restoration of the derelict 30,000-sq ft hall, two golf courses and 10 acres of housing, are planned for the 220-acre scheme.
Work is due to start on the commercial element of the development later this year for completion in 1994. Vail Williams is advising Strand Harbour.
