Enterprise Oil has tied up sublets on more than 17,000 sq ft at Land Securities’ 165,000-sq ft Grand Buildings on Strand, WC2.
Marakon Associates has taken just under 11,000 sq ft, while Right Associates has agreed to occupy 6,600 sq ft. Both have taken five-year underleases and, after one-year rent-free periods, rent begins at around £27 per sq ft.
