Dutch retail developer MAB has been hit by the resignation of UK director Jeremy Sandle.
Sandle, one of two directors who run the UK business, is leaving to concentrate on his private property company, Maidbond.
He may also work with retail specialist Ashcroft Estates, which last week sealed the acquisition of Fareham town centre.
MAB has two schemes in the UK: one in Halifax called Westgate Arcade and another in High Wycombe.
