DTZ bags Minerva’s £500m London instruction

Minerva has appointed DTZ Debenham Thorpe to manage its £500m London-based portfolio.

Paul Harding, chairman of DTZ’s management division, said the firm would provide a full property management service. “It’s a very highly valued portfolio with a relatively small number of large properties. We’re excited by it because we’ll be working with a company which is on the acquisition trail and will keep growing. The deals it has done recently have reflected that.”

Minerva’s portfolio is made up of 23 office and retail investments with a rent roll of more than £40m pa.

Since flotation in November 1996, it has bought several high-profile London office developments including the 37,160m2 (400,000 sq ft) Sampson House in SE1.
