Irish property group McInerney has submitted plans for a £19m office scheme at the 164-acre (66ha) Shadsworth business park in Blackburn, Lancashire.
McInerney’s Bolton-based subsidiary William Hargreaves plans three separate 49,887 sq ft (4,645 sq m) buildings in a joint venture with East Sussex-based developer Bannertown.
The scheme is scheduled for completion in early 2004.
It will be marketed at call centre operators.
