Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer property lawyer Emma Kendall has been promoted to partner.
Kendall has worked on head office acquisitions, landlord & tenant issues and the property aspects of corporate transactions since joining the law firm.
Her clients have included:
- Land Securities Trillium, which she advised on the £2.38bn outsourcing of the BT property portfolio
- Compass group for which she helped sell its hotel portfolios
- Powergen, for which she acted on the sale of two power stations
