A £1m High Court dispute is looming over the insurance of two properties, one at Hildenborough and the other at London’s Kings Cross Freight Depot.
The Old Barn (Hildenborough) Ltd is suing Riverstone Management, Sphere Drake, Windsor Insurance Brokers, Odyssey Re London, Sneath Kent Stuart, and Lawrence Insurance Group.
The claim concerns an alleged breach of an insurance policy, issued in 1996 by the six defendants, over the property at The Old Barn, Stocks Green, Hildenborough, and Bagleys Studios, Kings Cross Freight Depot, London N1.
The Old Barn (Hildenborough), of 7 Doughty Mews, London WC1, is suing Lawrence Insurance Group for damages for breach of warranty of authority, breach of contract, and negligence in failing to effect insurance as allegedly requested
