Tim Wright, head of FPDSavills’ highly profitable Kensington office, has joined Knight Frank.
Wright will become an equity partner and will run both the Kensington and Notting Hill offices, which turned in disappointing results last year.
Staff at both firms were told simultaneously that Wright would join Knight Frank at the end of July.
A spokeswoman for Knight Frank said: “We have put him in as proprietary or equity partner.”
Knight Frank has only 25 equity partners.
Meanwhile, in February, Chesterton lost its Kensington-based residential valuations and development team to Cluttons.
