High Street retailer Next Group plc is suing Studio Valbonne Ltd for unpaid insurance and service charges totalling £62,339.06.
Studio Valbonne is the tenant of premises at the Linen Hall in Regent Street, London W1, pursuant to an underlease made with the property owner, the Crown Estate Commissioners.
Next, Studio Valbonne’s immediate landlord, claims that it has invoiced Studio Valbonne for a share of insurance and service charges, but maintains that the company has failed to pay.
