Parkdean Holidays plans to move into larger premises at Gosforth Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne.
The move will enable it to handle increased volumes of direct holiday sales.
It is continuing to look for acquisitions. It recently bought enough land to add another 70 caravans at Newquay Holiday Park, in Cornwall.
