Former Goldschmidt & Howland chairman Anthony Casingena has joined Anthony Green & Spencer to head the company’s new residential division.
Anthony Green & Spencer Residential has this week signed for a separate office at 42 Portman Square, W1, close to the commercial firm’s Manchester Square headquarters.
AG&S is joint selling agent, masterplanner and development agent for the Arsenal regeneration project, which is to create some 2,300 flats over a 30-acre series of sites surrounding the proposed new stadium in a swathe of north London.
