The inquiry begins tomorrow (Tuesday) into how the cost of building thenew Scottish parliament soared from an estimate of £40m to £400m bycompletion.
The Holyrood inquiry is still trying to get hold of BBC TVdocumentary footage of the progress of the project, including interviewswith its architect Enric Miralles. The BBC has refused to supply thevideo tape.
The project itself is not expected to be completed until next summer.
