The ODPM’s top property mandarin has confirmed he will be stepping down later this month.
Martin Leigh-Pollitt, who has been head of the government’s land and property division for the past decade, will concentrate on his new role as a board member for the newly created Thurrock UDC.
The ODPM has held a selection panel and will announce a successor within the next fortnight.
