Austin Reed Group is on the hunt for a new head office.
It has sold a freehold building in Sackville Street, in London’s Mayfair, for £10.7m to Great Portland Estate, part of which the retailer’s existing headquarters occupies.
Austin Reed intends to move in the next few months to a more suitable-sized, cheaper building, in London. It wants about 10,000 sq ft (3,048 sq m) for 80 staff.
