TK Maxx is to anchor the final phase of the Birmingham Alliance’s Bullring redevelopment, Bullring Link, which links the scheme to the Palisades shopping centre.
The retailer has taken a 50,000 sq ft store (41,805 sq m), paying £120 zone A.
The bridge will feature an additional 20 shops and 25,000 sq ft (2,323 sq m) of offices.
