Support services company Jarvis is considering selling half its stake in one of the private consortia that run London’s Underground.
The consortium runs the Piccadilly, Jubilee and Northern Lines and had set out plans to spend £4.4bn upgrading the network.
Jarvis said plans to sell half its stake were still at an early stage.
