CB Richard Ellis Liverpool has been selected by the Beetham Organisation to manage its residential and office scheme at 101-111 Old Hall Street.
Work recently finished on the 30-storey Beetham Tower at 111 Old Hall Street, which includes flats and a Radisson SAS hotel. Beetham is fitting out 134,000 sq ft (12,500 sq m) of offices at 101 Old Hall Street.
Only half a floor remains unlet at 101 Old Hall Street, with CBRE having been involved in all the lettings.
The main occupiers, Unisys and the Passport Office, will take up occupation in phases from May to October.
The Radisson SAS hotel in the Beetham Tower opened on 14 February and is managed by the London CBRE hotels division.
