Property tycoon Donald Trump is attempting to trademark the phrase “You’re fired!”.
The property magnate’s favourite two words have been much in use lately as he informs contestants on television show The Apprentice that they should make other plans.
The winner of the show, a surprise hit in the US, gets a job working for Trump.
