Serviced and managed offices specialist Stonemartin has appointed Tim Worboys as an executive director with responsibility for sales.
The appointment will take effect from 1 April 2004.
Former Jones Lang LaSalle associate director Worboys, who joined the company in December 2003, will be responsible for driving nationwide sales strategy.
He will also be responsible for the company’s portfolio, including buildings in Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol, and for all new buildings.
Worboys left Regus in March of 2002 to head Tishman Speyer Properties’ leasing department.

“His experience over the last 15 years within the UK office sector whilst at Tishman Speyer, Regus and Jones Lang LaSalle is a great addition to the company.
“His market knowledge strengthens our corporate team and will play a significant role in Stonemartin’s growth.”
