Ian Steele, associate director of office agency at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) Manchester, has left to join GVA Grimley Manchester as a partner.
Steele had been running CBRE Manchester’s office agency department for six months since the departure of Alan Murch, formerly head of agency, last autumn.
Last week, Andrew Shaw joined CBRE after 22 years with Jones Lang LaSalle to replace Murch.
CBRE Manchester has also seen departures from the retail, industrial and management teams since the merger of CB Hillier Parker and Insignia Richard Ellis last summer.
Christine Hanson, head of CBRE Manchester, was not available for comment.
Steele joins GVA Grimley just as Jill Brown, also an office specialist, leaves to go on maternity leave.
