Chesterton has been reappointed as asset manager for Centrica’s 2.5m sq ft (232,250 sq m) portfolio.
King Sturge and GVA Grimley also pitched for the five-year contract, but lost to the incumbent adviser.
Chesterton has also been chosen as Centrica’s rating adviser.
