Colliers CRE West End Investment director Justin James has left the company “by mutual consent”.
He is joining Allsop & Co’s West End division, headed by Philip Dawe, who formerly worked with James at Insignia Richard Ellis.
Colliers head of investment Andre James said: “We have shown our commitment and desire to invest in the West End with the appointment of [former CB Hillier Parker central London head] Nick Ridley.
“We want to replicate by recruiting someone of equal calibre and experience, who can complement Nick, on the investment side of the West End division.”
