Brunswick Capital Management and property fund Otkrytiye Investitsii are teaming up with Russian bank Rosbank to develop a $200m office project on Prospekt Adademika Sakharova in the centre of Moscow.
The scheme comprises 130,000m2 in three buildings, two of which, totalling 90,000m2, are scheduled to be completed in July and December 2006 respectively. The third building, which will be Rosbank’s headquarters, is due for completion in mid 2007.
Brunswick Capital Management represents the interests of private investors from western Europe and the US. In Russia it owns 50% of Brunswick UBS investment bank, and 100% of Brunswick Asset Management and Brunswick Real Estate.
Otkrytiye Investitsii, created in 2002, is owned by Russia’s Interros Holding, which also owns Rosbank.
