Bonaparte’s, in Silsden, West Yorkshire, is having to sell after the restaurant was shunned following its appearance in Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares.
Owner Sue Ray will meet with creditors next week.
She is threatening to sue Channel 4 and celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.
The producer, Christine Hall, said Ray only had herself to blame after refusing to accept Ramsay’s advice.
