Terrace Hill Group has formed a joint venture with Lithgows, of Glasgow, to buy six brownfield sites in central Scotland.
The gross value of the land is estimated at about £15m, assuming planning permission is granted.
The sites are thought to allow for the development of about 700 homes. Terrace Hill fell 0.25p to 29.25p.
