Speedy Hire is buying 10 of Multi Group’s depots for £7.15m.
They are mainly in cities such as Leeds, London, Liverpool and Manchester. They will take the total number of outlets to 300. The company is aiming for 400 by 2008.
Speedy Hire will also take over 23 temporary tool-hire facilities throughout the country.
