Former property banker David Witham (pictured) has joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a director in its real estate advisory team.
Witham was previously head of structured property finance at Bank of Scotland, and prior to joining PwC worked as a consultant to DTZ’s corporate finance team.
His new role will be to develop PwC’s advisory, financial structuring and capital raising business in the UK and Europe.
