Quoted property company London Merchant Securities (LMS) has appointed Dr Bernard J Duroc-Danner as a non-executive director.
Duroc-Danner has been chairman, president and CEO of Weatherford International, a US-quoted leading oilfield service company, since 1998.
LMS has recently expanded its oilfield services interest through its venture capital arm.
LMS chairman Graham Greene said: “We believe Bernard’s experience as chairman and chief executive of a NYSE listed company and in multi-national business will bring a great deal of value to LMS and we look forward to him joining the board.”
