Ventura is to take 35,000 sq ft in Morley Fund Management’s The Cube in one of the largest office deals in Leeds city centre this year.
The call-centre outsourcing company will take the second and third floors of the office element on a 15-year lease at £19.75 per sq ft, leaving 8,500 sq ft remaining.
The Cube is on Albion Street, Great George Street and Dudley Way.
It was created in 2002 from the refurbishment of a 1960s office tower.
