GE Capital Real Estate of Frankfurt has teamed up with Feri Real Estate of Bad Homburg in a €205m (DM400m) joint venture.
Both companies have acquired over 120,000 sq m of industrial and office space in Berlin, Dresden, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Leipzig as part of the operation.
