Gesinar Subastas (GS) in a joint venture with Segunda Mano (SM) have launched the first Spanish online property auction service.
GS is part of the property group Metrovacesa while SM is part of the Trader.com group.
Other internet portals, such as Globaliza.com, are also working towards an online property auction service.
