Companies looking for offices are prepared build their own office premises rather than wait for something to become free. The start of a new 6,000m² office block for Ernst & Young is just one of the new Lille offices being built to suit.
Many want to acquire space in the Euralille site, even at a higher cost. Palm Promotion is going to build a business centre at Euralille. It will include an office block and a Holiday Inn. Faced with this success the authorities have set aside another site (Euralille2) which will include homes and offices.
