Swedish company JM Construction has acquired the office building on the corner of Avenue des Arts and Rue Joseph II in Brussels.
The property consists of two separate buildings joined by a common basement and ground floor and has 5,000m2 of office space and 67 parking spaces. JM Construction will refurbish the premises.
